Over the past twenty years, we (humans) have cut our rate of warming emissions from 3% per year to .5% per year. Significant progress.

But the UN just released a new report warning that current efforts are insufficient. More extremes — climate and war caused by climate — are coming. Political headlines and Twitter's meltdown make the front page, but no one is ready for life for what is heading our way.
